Procedure for Admission for XI Students

1.An application for admission to the Jr. College on the prescribed form should be countersigned by the applicant, parents or guardian and submitted to the college by the date notified alongwith registration fee.

2.The application should be accompanied by original and attested copies of the following documents.

(a).The application should be accompanied by original and attested copies of the following documents.

(b).Mark list obtained at the examination qualifying for admission to the college.

(c).Migration Certificate (in Original) in the case of those who have passed the examination other than the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary Education.


Attendence

1.Board regulations require 75 percent attendance of the working days in each term. Non fulfillment of this condition may result in the refusal of permission by the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary Education to appear at the examination.

2.A fine of Rs. 5/- per day will be imposed on a student who remain absent in the class without prior sanction of leave.

3. Application submitted for sanction of leave should be countersigned by the parents/guardian. Application for Medical leave should be accompanied by Medical Certificate.

4.Leave of absence however will be entirely at the students own risk and no accompanying certificate will condone deficiency in attendance required by the Board.

5.The students belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Economically Backward Classes etc. getting Scholarship / Free-ship will be entirely depend on their regular attendance and satisfactory progress in studies. Besides E.B.C. student should note that if they fail to put in 75% attendance in any quarter, they will have to pay the 8 for that quarter, irrespective of the reason for absence.


Examination & Attendence

Minimum attendance as per Board rules is compulsory.
Students must appear for all internal tests and examinations.
Promotion is based on academic performance, attendance, and conduct.

Note

1.Application for admission will not be processed by the Jr. College unless accompanied by the original & attested copies of the documents mentioned.

2.The students should come for admission along with the original certificates mentioned above in paragraph 2. (a) (b) and (c) and present these at the college office for scrutiny. He / She is required to furnish two passport size photographs also.

3.Admission cannot be granted without payment of initial fees.

4.The original Transfer Certificate will not be returned under any circumstances. Duplicate Transfer Certificate will not be accepted.

5.The original Mark list will not be returned till the end of the session as the Board / Education Department may require the same for inspection. The students are further advised to prepare sufficient number of copies for their own use and have them attested before seeking admission.

6.Duly filled and completed EBC concession form / P.T.C. form or any other concession or scholarship form should be submitted alongwith the application form.
